By accessing your gallery, you agree to the following terms:

All images are the intellectual property of Lana James Photography and are protected by copyright law. Clients receive personal-use rights only—meaning you may download, share, and print your images for personal use. Commercial use or editing beyond basic cropping (including filters or alterations) is not permitted without written consent.

Turnaround times, gallery access duration, and included deliverables are outlined in your signed contract. Please download and back up your images, as galleries may be archived after a set period.

Lana James Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
